Tooley Park Scriber Range

Overview of the tooley park scriber range
The tooley park scriber range has grown in size and there are now a number of models to choose from depending on your requirements.
There are also accessories to go with the scribers giving more functionality.
The video goes through the whole range including 2 recent additions.

The original Tooley Park scriber was made many years ago. Rough and ready but very effective.
It’s been such a useful tool that it has been developed into the range of scribers available to purchase today.
A knurled tightening knob ensures enough torque can be applied to avoid any movement when scribing but when loose the delrin body pivots freely in the aluminium frame.
The knobs are spaced away from the body for easier knob turning.
Simple to set up. Tweak the knurled knob enough to create a bit of friction, set to your desired depth then fully tighten the knob.
Apart from the JUBB and UBB scribers the hole for the marking device (pencil etc) is 8mm.
For left handers the pivot bolt can be turned around so the knurled tightening knob is on the left hand side.
All the scribers (apart from the 2 in 1 FB Scriber) come with countersunk holes in the cradle to hold the various add ons available.
An allen key to fit the main m5 pivoting bolt is provided with all the scribers along with an M5 nut to replace the side thumbscrew for anyone who would prefer to use a spanner.
You might have finger issues or you just want to really lock the scriber down tight so there is no chance of movement in operation.
Any metal used on the scribers is either stainless steel or brass.

Each scriber (apart from the 2 in 1 FB Scriber) has a 6mm x 1mm lip machined on the front. This allows scribing on surfaces on the same plane.
This lip also acts as a fence (see the lip being used as a fence on the FB and SB Scriber page).
The company logo is stamped on one side of all the scribers.
