Marking Gauge Block in beam compass mode

There are 3 ways to set the pivoting point of the block when you are using it in beam compass mode.

You can use both the 20mm and 1″ slots.

The 6mm wood screw is supplied with the marking gauge block.

The scribe and pivot pin can be purchased seperately.

To keep costs down you could sacrifice an 8mm twist drill either by grinding a point on one end or drilling an 8mm hole in the material for the chuck end of the drill bit to sit in.
